About Invertek Drive Systems

Invertek drive systems are widely used in motor-control applications where reliable speed regulation, energy efficiency, and consistent system performance are essential to daily operations.

Control Concepts Dallas supports current and legacy Invertek equipment used throughout industrial plants, commercial HVAC, pumping systems, material handling, and other demanding motor-control environments.

Our technicians diagnose and repair Invertek variable frequency drives, communication interfaces, drive accessories, and related motor-control equipment. We can also help evaluate repair, replacement, retrofit, or modernization options for aging or difficult-to-support systems.

The Repair Process

When an Invertek drive develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the drive or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians review incoming power, fault history, drive parameters, electrical connections, cooling components, communication systems, connected motors, and mechanical loads. When appropriate, the drive is inspected and tested through controlled power-up and functional motor testing.

Once the cause is identified, we determine whether repair, replacement, retrofit, or modernization is the most practical solution.

Most drive failures can be avoided through preventative maintenance.
