The Repair Process

When an Omron PLC or automation controller develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the controller or elsewhere in the automation system.

Our technicians review incoming power, controller diagnostics, fault history, program execution, communication networks, I/O operation, and connected field devices. When appropriate, controllers and modules are inspected and tested to verify communication, programming, and input/output response.

Once the cause is identified, we determine whether repair, replacement, retrofit, or modernization is the most practical solution.
