About Yaskawa Drive Systems

Yaskawa variable frequency drives are used in industrial and commercial applications where dependable motor-speed control, energy efficiency, and consistent equipment performance are essential to daily operations.

Control Concepts Dallas services current and legacy Yaskawa industrial AC, HVAC, pump, and elevator drives used throughout industrial plants, building systems, water applications, material handling, and other motor-driven environments.

Our technicians diagnose drive faults, damaged electrical connections, cooling failures, parameter or programming problems, circuit-board failures, and problems affecting motor operation. We perform component-level repairs, replace damaged parts, provide preventative maintenance, and offer onsite troubleshooting when needed.

The Repair Process

When a Yaskawa drive develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the drive and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the drive or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians review incoming power, fault history, drive settings, electrical connections, cooling components, connected motors, and operating conditions. Before applying power, we inspect and test the input and output power sections, back up existing settings when appropriate, and verify operation through controlled power-up and motor testing.

Once the cause is identified, we determine whether component-level repair or damaged-part replacement is the most practical solution.

Most unexpected drive failures can be avoided through preventative maintenance.
