About Fuji Drive Systems

Fuji Electric drive systems are used in industrial and commercial applications where reliable motor control, energy efficiency, and precise speed regulation are essential to daily operations.

Control Concepts Dallas diagnoses and repairs current and legacy Fuji drives used throughout food and beverage processing, metals production, data-center cooling, water systems, machinery, and other demanding motor-control environments.

Our technicians evaluate power-section faults, control-board problems, parameter and communication issues, cooling failures, and conditions involving the connected motor or mechanical load. We can also help determine whether repair, replacement, retrofit, or modernization is the most practical path forward.

Equipment we service includes:

The Repair Process

When a Fuji drive develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the drive or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians inspect control boards, terminals, power connections, cooling components, and input and output power sections while reviewing fault information, operating parameters, incoming power, connected motors, and mechanical loads. Before applying power, critical components are tested, existing parameters are backed up when possible, and the drive is monitored during controlled power-up.

After repairs are completed, the drive is functionally tested to verify proper output and motor operation. When repairing the existing drive is no longer practical, we can help evaluate replacement, retrofit, or modernization options for the surrounding motor-control system.

Most drive failures can be avoided through preventative maintenance.
