The Repair Process

When a Graham drive system develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the drive or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians review incoming power, fault history, drive parameters, electrical connections, cooling components, communication systems, connected motors, and mechanical loads. Before applying power, the drive and its power sections are inspected and tested, existing parameters are backed up when possible, and operation is verified through controlled power-up and functional testing.

Once the cause is identified, we determine whether repair, replacement, retrofit, or modernization is the most practical solution.

Most drive failures can be avoided through preventative maintenance.
