The Repair Process

When a Honeywell drive or control system develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the Honeywell equipment or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians review incoming power, fault history, equipment parameters, electrical connections, cooling components, communication signals, connected motors, and overall system performance. When appropriate, the equipment is inspected and tested through controlled power-up and functional testing.
