The Repair Process

When a KEB drive, servo system, PLC, HMI, or automation component develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the KEB equipment or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians review incoming power, fault history, drive and controller settings, communication networks, I/O operation, operator interfaces, connected motors, and field devices. When appropriate, the equipment is inspected and tested through controlled power-up and functional testing.

Once the cause is identified, we determine whether repair, replacement, retrofit, panel modification, or modernization is the most practical solution.

Many equipment failures can be avoided through preventative maintenance.
