The Repair Process

When Keyence automation or inspection equipment develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the Keyence equipment or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians review incoming power, device diagnostics, communication networks, controller logic, sensor alignment and calibration, camera and lighting conditions, I/O operation, and connected equipment. When appropriate, devices are tested to verify communication, sensing, inspection, and control response.
