The Repair Process

When a Motortronics soft starter or motor-control system develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the starter or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians review incoming power, fault history, starter settings, motor data, connected loads, bypass contactors, protection devices, and electrical connections. When appropriate, the equipment is inspected and tested to verify starter operation and identify failed components.
