The Repair Process

When an SAF drive, soft starter, or coordinated control system develops a problem, Control Concepts Dallas evaluates the equipment and surrounding operating conditions to determine whether the issue originates within the SAF equipment or elsewhere in the application.

Our technicians review incoming power, fault history, drive settings, motor data, field regulation, communication systems, electrical connections, connected equipment, and mechanical loads. When appropriate, the equipment is inspected and tested through controlled power-up and functional testing.

Once the cause is identified, we determine whether repair, replacement, retrofit, or modernization is the most practical solution
